Place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday, or before 10am on Saturday, and we’ll dispatch your items the same day.
Royal Mail now offers Sunday delivery for Tracked 24 orders, although this is not a guaranteed service. Please be aware that some postcodes are excluded from Sunday delivery.
Delivery Notes:
Royal Mail advises that for 48 Tracked, if your order is not received within 14 working days from dispatch, it is considered lost, and we can either send a replacement or issue a refund. For 24 Tracked, this timeframe is reduced to 7 working days.
You will receive updates on any delivery delays via text or email from Royal Mail. Please note that both Special Delivery and Sunday Delivery require a signature upon delivery. Ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Personalised Orders
Personalised items are dispatched Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following week. Please note that personalised orders will require 4 extra days for shipping.
Refunds and Returns
We understand that you may change your mind, and we are happy to offer refunds under the following conditions:
Refund Policy Duration: Our refund policy lasts 28 days from the date of purchase. Within this period, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the items within the 28-day window.
Authorized Returns: Please ensure that returns are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If your order includes a personalized gift message or gift-wrapped item, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Time Limit: If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Timeframe: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation.
Return Address: Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. Instead, return them to 16 Flaxley Court, Selby, England, YO8 4XH. Be sure to contact us first at [email protected] before sending anything back.
Monthly Subscription
Shipping times for our monthly subscription boxes depend on when you subscribe. For example, if you subscribe in January, your box will be shipped on the last day of January and should arrive at the beginning of February.
Order Amendments
We allow a 30-minute window for any order amendments after you place your order. If you wish to make changes to your order, such as swapping products, changing gift messages, updating a shipping address, cancelling your order, or requesting a refund, please request these changes within 30 minutes of placing your order. While we strive to accommodate changes, please understand that we process orders quickly, and amendments may not always be possible.
