How is my order delivered?

We offer two delivery options, which you can select during checkout.

  • Deliver to Me First: Want to give the gift in person? Please let us know in the comment section or choose a different delivery address, and we’ll package your gift with extra outer wrapping to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, free from labels or tape. This way, you can hand it over to the recipient yourself.
  • Deliver Directly to the Recipient: If you prefer the gift to go straight to the recipient, please let us know what message you would like us to put on the card. We’ll send it directly to their address without any additional packaging, making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

By selecting the right delivery option, you help us minimize packaging waste, contributing to a greener environment.

Yes, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed next-day delivery before 1pm. Please note that orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Friday or 10am on Saturday to qualify.

No need to worry! We never include invoices, prices, or order details inside the gift box. All order information will be sent directly to the purchaser’s email.

We offer a 30-minute window after placing your order to make any amendments, such as changing products, updating a gift message, or correcting a shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Sign up for our newsletter via the “Join Our Newsletter” section on bottom (in footer) our website. Once you confirm your subscription, you’ll receive a welcome email with a 10% discount code for your first order. Please note, this discount cannot be applied retroactively.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folders, or contact us for assistance.

 

Yes! Gift cards are available on our website in various amounts (£10, £25, £50). After selecting the desired amount, the gift card will be emailed directly to the purchaser, who can then use it or forward it to the lucky recipient.

Absolutely! If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund. Our refund policy is 28 days from the date of purchase. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the items within the 28-day window.

For authorised returns, please ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the product was personalised with a handwritten gift message or gift wrap, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Unfortunately, if 28 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

If an item is missing from your box, please contact us within 28 days so we can rectify the situation. We adhere to a strict packing process to ensure everything is included, but we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

For Royal Mail 48 Tracked, if your order is not received within 14 working days of dispatch, it is considered lost, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. For Royal Mail 24 Tracked, this timeframe is reduced to 7 working days. Please contact us if you experience delays.

Yes, we do! Every message is handwritten with care, adding a personal touch that makes your gift even more special. We love being a part of spreading joy through your thoughtful gifts.

Our exchange policy lasts for 28 days. If your item is defective or damaged, please email us to initiate an exchange. Items must be sent back using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

We always aim to make our orders letterbox-friendly, but this depends on the size of the products you order. Larger items or some of our luxury add-ons may require a bigger box, which might not fit through a standard letterbox. If you have concerns about the size of your order, feel free to reach out to us.

The shredded material in our boxes is primarily used to protect your items during shipping. The amount used can vary depending on the order’s contents, as we balance protection with minimizing environmental impact.

If you paid for a tracked service and your tracking number isn’t working, please contact us. If you did not choose a tracked service, the number provided is a reference number and cannot be used to track your order.

If you need your Celebrate Moments box to arrive on a particular day, just let us know in the ‘Gift Message’ section when placing your order. While we can’t promise an exact date, we’ll do everything we can to ensure it’s delivered as close as possible to your desired timing. We can even add a ‘Do not open until…!’ sticker to make sure your gift is enjoyed at the perfect moment.

At Celebrate Moments, we’re always updating and refining our packaging designs. This means the box your order arrives in might change from time to time based on what’s in stock. The size of the box depends on what you’ve ordered—larger items come in our bigger boxes, while smaller ones might arrive in letterbox-friendly packaging. Rest assured, every box is uniquely designed and branded by Celebrate Moments, though colors may vary.
